As a helper for waste disposal (m/w/d), you will have a direct influence on how clean and organized our environment remains. This role offers a great opportunity to be active and make a visible difference in the community.

• You support the daily waste collection and disposal in the assigned area.
• You make sure that all security policies and procedures are complied with.
• You work closely with your team to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of waste disposal.
• You are responsible for the proper loading and unloading of waste containers on trucks.
• You help with maintenance and cleanliness of work equipment.

This position is ideal for someone who likes to work on the fresh air and appreciates physical activities. Experience is not absolutely necessary, but certain skills and properties help you to be successful.

• You have a physical resilience and are ready to work actively and motivated.
• You show reliability and team spirit.
• You have no difficulty following security policies.
• You are ready to learn new things and show adaptability.
• Ideally, you already have experience in logistics or cleaning, but this is not absolutely necessary.
