Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Communication with customers as the first point of contact for questions about orders, order and delivery status, product availability, prices, etc. • Own-sponsored supply and order processing and support for our international and national partners • Complete processing of order registration up to delivery, incl. Export processing and tracking • Processing of warranty cases • Improving customer satisfaction by quickly and competently solving requests • Interface between shipping, warehouse, sales, purchasing, technology and customer service • Telephone support of our international and national partners • Support for special projects

Your qualifications: • Professional handling of the MS Office package • SAP knowledge • Experience in the field of export processing desirable • Technical understanding required • Business knowledge • Basic commercial training combined with a working experience of 3-5 years • Ideally experience in customer care and order processing • Good written and verbal communication skills in German and reliable English • Embossed communication strength and customer orientation supplemented by economic thinking and action • Enthusiasm and persuasiveness • Joy in handling customers • Independent and responsible work is just as important as team skills • Organizational talent, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile
