For our customers in a central location in Leipzig we are now looking for a dedicated and handcrafted Haustechniker Building Management (m/w/d) as part of the employee transfer. In this position, you take over the technical support of the object and ensure safe and smooth building operation with your use.

♪ Your future task:

• Maintenance, monitoring and control of industrial plants
• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and maintenance work
• Ensuring trouble-free operation of the technical building equipment
• Analysis and elimination of minor disturbances and coordination of necessary measures
• Contact persons for internal departments, external service providers and foreign companies
• Conducting regular object visits and technical control procedures
• Documentation of maintenance and maintenance work carried out

Your profile for Haustechniker Building Management (m/w/d) – from 19,50 €/h:

• Completely crafted or technical training, e.g. as an electrician, plant mechanic, locksmith, mechatronic, house technician, master or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in building management, facility management or technical object care
• Embossed technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
• Service-oriented appearance and team skills
• Willingness to work in day shift from Monday to Friday
