Our client is a high-growth specialist company for infrastructure, network and energy projects with special expertise in horizontal flush drilling (HDD). The company implements sophisticated crossovers for power grids, network connections as well as infrastructure projects and supports clients in implementing key projects of the energy transition With the expansion of the German electricity grid infrastructure, new HGÜ corridors, offshore network connections and the increasing demand for HDD solutions, the company is in a dynamic growth phase. Identification and acquisition of large-scale projects in the field of electricity grid infrastructure Building a sustainable project pipeline for earth cable connections, HGÜ projects, substations and network connections Positioning of the company with transmission and distribution system operators, EPC contractors, general contractors and project developers Development of strategic customer relationships at decision-making level Early detection and active pursuit of future infrastructure and energy projects Acquisition of horizontal flushing drilling (HDD) and complex crossings of railway, road, water and pond systems Support for market entry in offshore projects focusing on network connections Building strategic ARGE and consortial partnerships Developing new business areas in the context of energy and network infrastructure Company representation at trade fairs, congresses and relevant network events

Studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, supply technology or comparable desirable Active and resilient network of transmission and distribution system operators, EPC companies, general contractors or project developers within the DACH region Detectable successes in the extraction and development of infrastructure and energy projects in the multi-digit million area Found experience in the energy, network, management, civil engineering or infrastructure industry Experience in the environment of power grid construction, energy networks, cable deep construction, line construction, HDD, offshore network connections or comparable infrastructure projects Embossed Hunter mentality and proven successes in business development, sales or project acquisition Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation and the ability to identify new business opportunities early on Very good relationship management and joy in building sustainable customer contacts at decision-making level Knowledge of procurement procedures, VOB/B and pre-qualification processes German and readiness to regularly travel within the DACH region English knowledge of advantage, Polish a plus
