Technical and economic responsibility as well as operational management, planning and coordination of classic and agile IT projects as part of the time, cost, resource and quality requirements Recording, describing and prioritizing project requirements and project objectives in coordination with internal and external contractors Coordination and control of the departments involved in the projects, including the requirement and acceptance of promised IT services and partial results in the relevant departments, including IT Investigation, tracking and processing of project risks and documentation and reporting of project status Control of the transition of projects into IT operations including the definition of IT services and ensuring service-relevant contracts (service level agreements) Analysis of processes and their optimization

Successfully completed studies of economic engineering, business informatics, computer science or a similar subject or comparable qualification Influential experience in the coordination/direction of classic and agile IT projects with appropriate methodological competence, ideally supported by certifications such as SCRUM, PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI or A. Practice in service management, with appropriate certifications such as ITIL or A. Technical expertise with regard to IT backend infrastructure and IT network infrastructures, in particular in the areas of storage, container operation and backendhardware, as well as in terms of capacity planning and external infrastructure connection Good knowledge of current safety concepts and standards, such as ISO 27001, CC, C5, IT-Grundschutz, GDPR etc. Enforcement, structured working and communication skills in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level)
