Ensuring compliance Testing of quality standards Development and implementation of quality targets according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 for the continuous improvement of our processes Conduct audits and certifications to ensure compliance with quality standards internally and externally Proactive processing of complaints and direct customer support to ensure satisfaction Planning, implementation and analysis of experiments in close cooperation with production and our suppliers

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field coupled with multiannual professional experience Ideal experience in building physics or the roofing industry Experience in quality management or in a comparable task field Systematic operation, high sense of responsibility and pronounced analytical thinking Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS-Office or Google Suite Very good knowledge of English in Word and Writing
