Our client is a globally active investment company that offers investors unique access to investment opportunities in institutional assets through innovative and scalable investment strategies. The company has been successful in the German market for over 40 years and is currently managing approx. 60 objects in Germany - from building markets, logistics centers, to office buildings.

Against the background of growth, we are looking for a technical object manager, object manager or technical property manager (m/w/d) for Munich. You can expect structured and planable work processes in a friendly team and a long-term career perspective.

Do you have a technical background and a good understanding of the maintenance of a property? Are you already an object manager or want to become it? We look forward to your application! Maintenance of commercial tenants and real estate users (official real estate, logistics real estate, retail real estate) Deficiencies management (via ticketing system) from the center (very traveling activity) Project management for e.g. user changes, renovations, new building, new real estate, construction applications, construction works etc. in cooperation with architects and service providers Service provider management incl. contract management (performance directories, assignment, monitoring, acceptance) External services and visit of the local administrative objects (approximately 10 travel days per year)
