Team Leader Broker Service & Sales Technology Insurance (m/f/d)

You guide the real estate services and sales technology both professionally and disciplinefully and align them with a common target. You set the real estate agency service KPI-based, scalable and partner-oriented. You develop and control a central knowledge base (standards, guidelines and response modules) for fast and consistent partner communication. You are responsible for the requirement management for distribution-related systems and prioritize the backlogs along the overarching overall targets. You will ensure the stable operation of our final sections as well as the MVP, BiPRO and comparison computer connections – user-friendly and efficient. You are the central interface to the operating areas and ensure clean transfer from concept to go level. You are the first management-ready decision-making documents for the CSO and clearly demonstrate the impact on growth, profitability and process costs. You represent the CSO after voting in selected formats and discussions and drive decisions there – from tax circles to partner dates to annual planning and performance initiatives.

You bring leadership experience and enjoy team development. You have several years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector and also brings a good understanding of brokers and pools. You have a strong communication strength and mediate between Service, Tech, Management and Partners (m/w/d) – clear, binding and solution-oriented, so that all participants follow the same course. You have structural and control skills: You control backlogs, capacities and priorities securely, consistently align them with the target image and thus ensure a planable and transparent implementation. You bring about the power of implementation and decision-making: you are consistently prioritizing, setting clear limits, making decisions and creating orientation. Project competence and experience are desired. You live teamwork, work across divisions sovereignly and actively and constructively shape cross-disciplinary cooperation. You reflect on yourself and your work and are always ready to learn and develop.
