Process & Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for compliance, further development and efficiency enhancement of existing processes in the Customer Returns department In digital projects, you act as a key user (ERP, special systems), define requirements, coordinate tasks and ensure project success In addition, initiate and work on department-related projects and create and update work instructions and training documents You create and analyze KPIs from the department and prepare evaluations, statistics and presentations You prepare internal and external audits and conduct them independently You support and represent the Head of Division and the team in the daily business

You have a successfully completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector, or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in the service and customer-oriented field You bring a high understanding of process processes and business relationships with You are safe to use the current MS Office programs and have at best SAP knowledge Their mode of operation can be described as independent, reliable and proactive You act in a solution-oriented manner and are characterized by their safe occurrence and high enforcement capability Ideally, you could already gain experience in the professional leadership of a team Very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
