Your duties include: Consumption and collection of orders from customers, both by email and by EDI. Creation and dispatch of invoices, as well as their archiving, compilation of invoice output books. Processing of supplier complaints, refusal of acceptance, misuses and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction Close cooperation with production planning and shipping to ensure punctual and correct delivery Maintenance and updating of customer data in our CSB system inventory preparation, collection, preparation, completion Scanning/archiving work
