Customer service: You gain various experience in customer service and take care of the concerns and questions of our customers.

Practical phases: During the practical stages, you will get to know various departments in the field of customer service.

Care: Thanks to the support and coaching of our training team as well as other young LIONs, you will be ideally prepared for your examination as well as the future professional day.

Training path: After about one year, you will prove your knowledge at the IHK intermediate examination. At the end of the training, you will complete the exam to the merchant (m/w/d) for dialogue marketing.

Training duration: 3 years with the option to shorten.

School degree: You have the medium maturity, the technical abitur or the abitur (nearly) in your pocket.
