As a senior manager:in/Principal AI & Digital Solutions, you take on the structure and responsibility for our AI expertise – internally as a productivity lever, externally as a consulting offer in the supply chain and procurement environment. In addition, you are responsible for our internal systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI) at the interface to valantic Group IT. Your tasks include: AI External – Offering & Delivery: Construction and development of our AI consulting services (including chatbot and agent platforms, AI-assisted analytics in purchasing and supply chain) as well as expert management in customer projects with AI component including delivery management, solution architecture and quality assurance. AI Internal – Capability Building: Building internal AI capabilities across all levels (Tooling, Use Cases, Enablement, Guidelines), identifying and implementing efficiency potentials in delivery, offering and backoffice as well as building reusable assets as a basis for external offerings. Sales & acquisitions: Sparringspartner:in the partner group in acquisition and offer design – independent sales responsibility is possible and expressly desired. IT-Ressort – Internal Systems: Responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the associated Power-BI reporting landscape, requirement management and control of valantic Group IT as well as further development of reporting and data quality as the basis for revenue and performance control. Leadership & Cooperation: Representation of the IT department in the partner group and close cooperation with the valantic group's AI and technology units.

Very well completed studies of economic information, computer science or comparable. Multiannual experience in AI and data projects with detectable implementation responsibility (e.g. LLM applications, agents, automation, data products). Experience in consulting or consulting internal project work and sovereignty at the level of entrepreneurship. Technical depth: You judge architecture and feasibility issues yourself instead of delegating them. Experience with CRM and BI systems as well as data modeling and the willingness to take over Ownership for our system landscape. German and fluent English.
