Commercial support with the focus on boiler car maintenance Examination and booking of invoices, credits and correction invoices Creating further charge calculations, initial invoices/ credits taking into account, for example, special agreements with customers Correspondence, communication with service providers and follow-up to invoice requests or complaints Implementation of quality controls and verification of maintenance documentation Leading various commercial correspondence Telephone and e-mail contact to customers, workshops, railways, associations and other service providers General administrative activities

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g. Kaufmann / Kauffrau for office management, wholesale and foreign trade, forwarding and logistics services) First experience in commercial processing, order processing or invoicing is advantageous Secure handling of MS Office / Microsoft 365 as well as affinity for incorporation in ERP systems and databases Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable for the daily vote High numerical affinity and a careful, structured way of working in the collection of orders and invoices Joy of customer contact, strong team skills and a friendly and binding occurrence
