e.V. is a non-profit organization for promoting the social and professional participation of people in Pforzheim and the Enzkreis. With around 600 dedicated employees and honorary staff, we have been supporting people in the fields of youth social work, early and accompanying help, migration and people with disabilities since 1986. The volunteer agency FRAG Pforzheim | Enzkreis is responsible for the promotion and mediation of volunteers.

Our team of open youth work is active in various Enzkreis communities. We are now looking for a*n in the municipalities of Illingen

Social worker (m/w/d) in parttime 25%

REQUIREMENTS

• Head of the Youth Meeting in Illingen and Ötisheim
• Design of open work and further development of existing offers
• Initiating thematic offers, for example, in the field of extracurricular education, prevention and promotion of competence
• General case aid on issues and problems
• Networking and cooperation with different stakeholders

SEE BRINGS

• A successfully completed study from the field of Social Work (B.A.)
• Professional experience or career starters
• Self-responsibility, very independent working method paired with mental flexibility
• Conflictability and empathy in dealing with young people
• Embossed communication skills, cooperation and motivation

• Class B licence desirable
