Responsibility for the continuous professional and personal development of employees in line with the strategic and technological corporate objectives Optimization of resource use and planning, control and timely implementation of departmental objectives and tasks recruitment of new team members, regular feedback and development talks, as well as contact persons for all personal business topics Ensuring compliance with existing processes, active participation in their continuous improvement and ensuring reliable processing of all tasks Promotion and targeted further development of basic product functionalities in the systems and system elements responsible for the department

Complete natural or engineering studies or technical STEM studies with well-founded practical experience in the development of complex systems and in modern development methods Impressed situational leadership and motivation skills with the ability to take on independent tasks, to promote teamwork and to constructive and open communication Ability to identify changes management requirements at an early stage and to take due account of the introduction of cross-sectional technologies and methods Impressive capacity for the structured analysis of complex technical and organizational relationships, combined with high autonomy, enforcing capacity, resilience and flexibility German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as readiness to occasional national and international missions
