Location Marktheidenfeld

You process all personal operations - from the entry to the exit - for a dedicated group of participants (national/international). In the course of this, you will create work contracts, contract changes, work certificates and all other personal certificates. The implementation or creation of the monthly pay bill with full time management in SAP HCM is a key part of your task. In addition, you are interested in personal-relevant cutting points such as the coordination of holiday aids or staff leasing. You are the contact person for managers and employees on administrative topics related to staff support. You work closely with our HR business partners.

You have a completed vocational training for the industrial trader/tax-employed (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. In the best case, You bring experience in handling SAP HCM or alternative accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Paisy). We presuppose that we have good knowledge of tax and social insurance. You can control the current MS Office programs safely. It is an accurate and reliable way of working. Absolute trustworthiness is obvious to you.
