The German Pension Insurance (DRV) Baden-Württemberg is one of the largest regional providers of statutory pension insurance with around 3,600 employees. In addition to our large locations in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart, we are represented in other cities in Baden-Württemberg with regional centers. Insurers and pensioners will receive information and assistance in all matters relating to insurance, rehabilitation and pensions.

The auditors of the DRV shall check whether employers properly fulfil their reporting obligations and other obligations under the Social Code.

For the team of the audit service at the Schwäbisch Hall site, we are looking for a

Bürofachkraft (m/w/d) in parttime to 50 percent.

Tasks

• Self-employed carrying out, providing and carrying out rework in the course of the audit
• Data maintenance and analysis of the employer file
• Collection of information from residents' registration offices, commercial offices, estate courts and commercial registers
• Participation in the organization, preparation and implementation of employer seminars (space and technical booking, registration lists, documentation preparation, statistics etc.)
• All secretarial tasks (termine management, mail, telephone service)
• Support of team management
• Practical training of trainees (KfB) including their assessment
• to carry out other tasks assigned by instructions.

• Customer-oriented and friendly appearance also in loading situations as well as accurate and independent work
• Reliability, loyalty, organizational, team and communication skills
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Willing to work into new complex tasks and the pension insurance software program
