Your duties

• Maintenance work on the electrical equipment of our rail vehicles
• Verification, disassembly, assembly and repair of electrical/electronic components and assemblies
• independent assessment of wear and faults on vehicle components and professional repair or replacement of the affected parts
• Troubleshooting by current schedule and technical documentation
• Safe handling of necessary circuit documents and measurement technology
• Varied activities from simple circuits to complex drive and control technology
• cooperation in the establishment of vehicles by major repairs
• Responsibility for safety, order, cleanliness and compliance with statutory provisions in their own work area
• Participation in test and test journeys with rail vehicles (class B licence is required) as well as support in disturbances and accidents
• Takeover of special tasks as required

Your profile

• Complete training in electrical engineering or comparable
• Experience in the diagnosis of vehicle control, safety technology and memory programmable controllers (SPS) of advantage
• knowledge of the installation, maintenance and testing of cable strands, plug connections, switching devices and relays required
• Experience in the maintenance of passenger information and communication systems desirable
• Class B licence required
• truck or crane license of advantage
• Willingness to acquire the driving authorization for trams
