• Working with the IT Project Management Office

• Support in creating top management presentations and strategic initiatives & projects

• Pre- and post-processing of management meetings and workshops

• Support in the creation of evaluations on project status regarding progress, resources and budget

• Care and administration of different portals and tools

• Study of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Strategic Management, International Management or a comparable degree course

• First experiences in agile project management are desirable

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)

• Basic knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• High motivation, reliability and flexibility

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
