The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. During the day and around the clock, more than 4,900 qualified employees provide care for patients. For the Department of Children's and Youth Medicine (Director Prof. Dr. S. Meyer), we are looking for a doctor's secretary*in full time at the next possible time. The position is limited for a period of 12 to 14 months.

Representation of the Chief Secretary Creating and writing doctor's letters and findings in the medical-internal computer system according to Phonodiktat Activity as a station secretary with file organization, appointment, collection, ordering, patient manager assistance The processing of the post exit and the document as well as all the secretariat tasks

Safe application of German language in word and writing A completed training in a health profession (e.g. medical professionals) Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and ideally in a practice/hospital information system Teamability, commitment and flexibility Organisational capacity
