General responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the e-commerce sector Development and implementation of e-commerce strategies to increase sales Responsibility for performance indicators (conversion, conversion rate, CLV etc.) Analysis of market trends and competition trends and deriving appropriate measures Shop platform management as well as control and optimization of all online sales channels Selection of the shop article range and monitoring the flow of goods Planning, control and control of budgets Close cooperation with the departments Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Management and external agencies and service providers Leadership of the e-commerce team and promotion of performance, motivation and further development of the team
