Global cost and income responsibility for multiple locations worldwide across all functional areas (including technology, production, R&E, industrial engineering, prototypes, supply chain, purchasing, material management, logistics, customs, etc.) Pronounced entrepreneurial executive personality with a strong focus on operational action and a clear look for the product, market and services Responsible for the strategy and future security – vision, goals, business development leadership and organisation – team leadership, culture, interface management, structure building Responsibility for the review and control of core processes, priorities, decisions, implementation Compliance risk analysis, law & compliance

Complete university degree in mechanical engineering and additional business training Insufficient experience in leadership in a larger mechanical engineering company, e.g. in management, BU management, P&L management responsibility Detectional knowledge and experience in development and cost optimization in the above-mentioned functional areas Experience in managing internationally oriented companies or business areas Entrepreneurial thinking with a view to personnel and management, growth, economics, sustainability, risk management and processes In this key position, you assume the holistic responsibility for strategic and operational management. You are significantly involved in developing processes and thus actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and sustainability. .
