• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• Care for order, control and movement in the warehouse, from receipt of goods, professional storage to regular damage inspection.
• Accompanying after-contractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be a reliable contact person in daily operation.
• Document all goods movements and stocks carefully in the ERP system to ensure maximum transparency and traceability.
• Lead complaints to clarification and contribute to the quick and professional problem solving. MONITORING
• Excess responsibility for the furniture stock and inventory as a conscientious inventory manager (m/w/d). Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and safe handling of MS Office are of course for you.
• Technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse will help you.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• You work structured, reliable, independent and keep an overview even in turbulent situations.
• As a team player with a speciality, you will find solutions instead of excuses and communicate clearly (very good knowledge of German, solid knowledge of English). You can look forward to this:
