Nursing professional as team leader and quality manager in Großenhain (m/f/d)

For our branch in Großenhain we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) as a team leader and quality officer for our nursing community. The place must be occupied in Fulltime (38 hours/week).

Your task

• Treatment care
• Individual and needs-oriented care of our clients
• Medication and regulation management
• Communication with doctors, clinics and relatives
• Head of the team of the representative Living with the organization of workflows in the team and individual work organization
• Regular review of professional guidance of care documentation
• Implementation of personnel deployment planning together with care management
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the incorporation concept together with the care service management
• Close cooperation with our central quality management
• Support of management in the implementation and verification of procedures and standards
• Control and coordination of quality-assurance measures (e.g. review of care documentation, guidance and training of employees)
• Accompanying internal audits and external audits
