Technical Assistance – Bioprocess Engineering (m/f/d)

Active cooperation (under guidance) in research projects by generating data for publications Cell culture and microbiological work, e.g. staging, standard cultures and precultures, transfection Routine isolation and cultivation of primary cells Molecular biological and cell biological analyses (e.g. analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins) Implementation of analytical methods by necessity in the chair Creation of SOPs for newly established assays General laboratory management (e.g. application of reagents, device monitoring /-care, etc.)

Completed training as MTLA, MTA, or BTA The job is suitable for a professional starter, we are happy to work in our respective questions. You are interested in working in a modern research facility You are characterized by curiosity and interest in scientific research Of course you are: Care and accuracy in experimental work Motivation, readiness and commitment You like to work in the team First experience in a cell culture laboratory as well as basic knowledge in the cultivation of adherent and/or suspended cells would be advantageous Basic knowledge of work in a microbiology laboratory and in the cultivation of bacteria would be advantageous First experience in SDS-PAGE, Western blots, immunofluorescence assays or recombinant protein expression is welcome You have good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of English is advantageous Depending on the personal qualification, the remuneration is up to E7 TV-L.
