Businessmen for office management go through various administrative areas during the 3-year training. You will get to know the organization behind a complex clinic and support the departments through your help in day-to-day business, get to know the work processes in the different departments and thus establish contacts throughout the house. During your training, you'll run the following specialist departments in a rotary process:

Accounting / Decentralised Services Clinical service / Patient intake Financial and accounting Human resources Management Central purchasing / Economy and supply Quality management In addition, you will get insights into other exciting areas of our clinic and our subsidiaries. The vocational training course takes place on two days a week at the Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Berufskolleg in Detmold. You complete your training with an exam in front of the Lippe Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Detmold (IHK).
