Tax Manager International (w/m/d)

Group Tax is an internal center of excellence for all tax issues within Bauer Media and provides support at local and global level within the organization. We support the company by ensuring that it meets the national and international tax requirements, is protected from tax risks and creates added value by identifying local and group-wide options for tax optimization. The role of Tax Manager International (w/m/d) involves monitoring and managing compliance with tax regulations and planning and developing strategies at global level.

• Leading role in designing and implementing international tax strategies and implementing international restructuring projects • Tax monitoring of M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring and post-Merger integration • Own-sponsored ongoing supervision of tax-related issues in and abroad Group companies and support of the operational departments in the profit-tax-optimized design of group-external and internal business relations • Management of the corporate audit in Germany • Monitoring of fiscal developments and their impact on the Group

• Successful university studies in the field of economics with a focus on tax law or accounting • Successfully deposited tax consultant exams • Multiannual professional experience in international tax law, ideally in the corporate tax department of an internationally active company or in tax consulting • Finding knowledge of the tax treatment of companies in the international context • Careful and binding operation with high quality standards to your own work • Safe appearance and very good communication skills • Embossed team spirit and fun working in interdisciplinary teams • Analytical thinking and high problem-solving competence • Safe application of MS-Office (above Excel), Experience SAP (S4/Hana) of advantage • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (safe for negotiation)
