Restaurant manager (m/f/d)

You plan, organize and coordinate the daily processes in the restaurant, take responsibility for smooth processes – from goods order to service planning. You will provide existing supplier contacts and expand them further, keep an overview of stock levels, orders and quality assurance. You'll set up schedules, monitor compliance with the set hours and ensure fair, effective deployment planning for your team. You actively build the relationship with our guests and regular customers, are present in the service and an estimated contact person. You help attract new guests and customers, think entrepreneurial and actively engage in marketing and sales activities. You monitor the e-mail mailbox, communicate service-oriented and ensure a timely processing of inquiries, bookings or feedback. You take care of the maintenance and correct operation of our cash and booking system, pay attention to bills, booking procedures and cash security. You can create menu cards, promotions and events – creative, targeted and in close coordination with kitchen and management.

You have a completed, professional training in the field of gastronomy or hotel industry – with the necessary expertise and feel for the guest service. You are a dedicated and reliable person who takes responsibility, thinks and keeps an overview in challenging situations. You have a fast conception and a pronounced organizational talent – and you understand that even spontaneous changes are flexible and solution-oriented. Teamwork is your heart, you lead with empathy and clarity – and strengthen cohesion through your role model. You live service orientation, are structured, carefully and have a high claim to yourself and your environment. You perform well-kept, friendly and safe, communicate with guests and colleagues – in German as in English, fluent and binding.
