Supported by the Kita-Zentrum St. Simpert of the Diocese of Augsburg, the Kita "St. Franziskus" in Neu-Ulm Ludwigsfeld is looking for an administrative force (m/w/d) as a mini-job or part-time (5 - 7 hours / week), which would like to be active in our institution with great pleasure and based on Christian principles. Our lovingly designed nursery with crib and kindergarten cares for children aged 1 to 6 years in two crib and three kindergarten groups. We work on a partially open concept that offers children a lot of free space for individual development and enables the pedagogical team to support educational areas in a targeted manner. Spacious functional rooms, a children's restaurant, two spacious gardens as well as well-equipped group and sleeping rooms in the crib create an exciting environment. Your tasks include:

• Support of management in various administrative tasks
• like e.g. deposit, create and run files, make and check orders
• Registrations for training for educational staff
• Documenting leave and absence of staff
• Send phone service, invitations and parents mail
