Disposition and deployment planning of experts, coordination of customer operations Complete support and coordination of projects, including in the cross-departmental context Customer support incl. preparation and execution of customer talks for order clarification, also in international context Offer skalkulation and creation for technical services or service packages Invoicing and customer complaint management General administrative office management tasks such as document and data management

Successfully completed commercial vocational training with a corresponding additional qualification, e.g. as a specialist Relevant professional experience in disposition and deployment planning Comprehensive experience as a project assistance (incl. offering calculation and accounting) Good knowledge of SAP R/3 applications and routined handling of MS Office applications Embossed organizational talent Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
