Projektmanager (m/w/d).

This is your field of action: Management and supervision of housing owners communities. Preparation and implementation of WEG collections. Implementation and monitoring of decisions and the determination of the optimization possibilities of the objects to be supervised. Commercial and technical support of rental apartments. Implementation and preparation of accounts and accounting. Intensive cooperation and correspondence with stakeholders and service providers.

This distinguishes you: You have a completed vocational training in the real estate sector, optimally you are a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or specialist businessman (m/w/d) for the management of residential property. They have professional experience in WEG administration and/or rental management. They have a high communication capability and flexibility. They are open to topics such as digitalization, hybrid owner meetings and customer portals.
