At the Frankfurt location you are the central contact person for the candidates of the Commercial Department and convince with your authentic and friendly way - also with a digitally tangible smile You're burning to find the perfect place for people, using your feeling for external talents and simultaneously promoting internal development opportunities With your experience and analytical skills, you carefully select applications and accompany managers professionally through the entire application process, from initial contact to contract signing Together with the disciplines, you create target group-oriented job advertisements and develop creative recruiting measures to win the best talents You have close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as the works council or service providers, and ensure smooth cooperation In our open corporate culture, you have the opportunity to actively introduce your ideas and to help shape the Zurich Group Germany strategy

Multiannual experience in (in-house) recruiting or in personal consulting with a focus on insurance, ideally in the field of commercial Solution-oriented ''Hands-on'' mentality and a structured way of working Embossed customer orientation and internal drive to continuously develop our recruiting approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Completed commercial or economic training or Studies, ideally focusing on social or economic psychology or comparable qualifications
