Your mission:

• With 19 hours a week in the child care service you create a loving, inspiring environment for children between 10 months and 3 years
• They support the installation line with a clearance of 17 Weekly hours in organizational and conceptual tasks

Your profile

(m/w/d), social education (m/w/d), childhood education (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in childcare, ideally with natural education Focus
• First experience in personnel management as well as organizing and managing a kita
• Responsibility, team skills and excellent Communication skills
• Additional qualifications in the field of lead and guidance are advantageous
