The OHB Digital Connect GmbH is looking for an indefinite setting for future programs at the Mainz site:n Teamleiter (m/w/d) Within the OHB Digital Connect GmbH, we are looking for a dedicated team management for the Astronomy & Space Access division. In this exciting field of activity we develop projects in the field of antennas and telescopes for our customers in the field of astronomy. We also used antennas and telescopes in the fields of satellite communication and space monitoring. Space Access also addresses our themes for rocket launch systems such as GOSA of a planned launch platform in the North Sea. It is particularly exciting that we can implement our projects on all continents of this earth.

Complete study of space, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a similar successfully completed study Multiannual professional experience in the relevant environment, both sales and space industry desirable Experiences in handling customers High problem-solving orientation and creativity as well as high cooperation readiness Good communication skills and a high level of empathy and enforcement Innovation capability and well-organised and structured working methods Knowledge of customers, competitors and suppliers readiness to travel (about 30%) to other locations and (potential) customers Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organised and structured work First leadership experience desirable
