Health Management Coordinator (a*)

You are responsible for the planning, implementation and further development of our company's health management and are the central contact person for all BGM topics. The conception, organisation and evaluation of health promotion measures – especially in the areas of exercise, nutrition and stress management – is in your hands. You advise and support leaders and employees on health issues and develop practical solutions. Based on employee surveys and incapacity data, you conduct targeted action recommendations and advance appropriate measures. You play a key role in the development and implementation of prevention and search intervention concepts. In internal health campaigns, you take the lead and ensure targeted internal communication. During ongoing operation, you organize the internal gym and additional movement offers, answer equipment, usage concepts and coordination of external service providers. You create order requirements, process invoices, monitor the budget and ensure an economical use of funds. In close cooperation with internal interfaces such as staff, occupational safety and occupational health services, as well as external partners, health insurance companies and service providers, you will ensure a networked and effective health strategy.

You have a completed university degree (at least undergraduate) in the field of health management or health sciences – alternatively you convince us with a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring additional qualifications in the areas of occupational addiction assistance, prevention, coaching or psychological additional training. You have well-founded knowledge in occupational health management as well as relevant professional experience and ideally have experience in project management. Your work is structured and independent, and at the same time you keep an overview of several topics and organize yourself confidently. You are characterized by a quick understanding and analytical thinking and you can quickly find yourself in new systems and relationships. When dealing with different target groups, you will be sure to be able to communicate with your address and convince with high consulting skills, social competence, discretion and sense of responsibility. The routined handling of MS Office and SAP Classic as well as the safe handling of administrative tasks are part of your daily business.
