Manufacturing processes are defined and continuously optimized, the requirements for technical cleanliness (TecSa) always being taken into account and corresponding measures are implemented. Using statistical methods as well as laboratory analyses, production processes are investigated to ensure the processability of TecSa. (Part-)Projects for process optimization are initiated, controlled and accompanied by the creation and validation of process schedules. Quality management and Launch Manager are supported in the selection of suppliers for manufacturing processes and in the evaluation of process results. TecSa-relevant standards in production are further developed, while actively involved in feasibility analyses and the production of P-FMEAs.
A technical study, for example in mechanical engineering, production engineering or materials engineering, has been successfully completed as an alternative, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience is brought along. Knowledge of technical cleanliness according to VDA 19 as well as experience in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes are available. Safe handling of statistical methods for process analysis is provided, complemented by experience in laboratory analysis and process validation. Knowledge in the management of (partial) projects for process optimization as well as in the preparation and evaluation of P-FMEA and feasibility analyses are shown.
