Your qualifications and tasks Agricultural is not a secondary theme for you. Ideally, you bring a well-founded agricultural background. You are Sparring partners at eye level for our agricultural customers, understand their businesses, their challenges and their decisions. You have a high financial interest in analysing the economic situation of our agricultural customers and developing individual financing solutions. You maintain their own customer portfolio with sales and earnings responsibility and continue to expand it. You will bring the willingness to work on new topics – and we will ensure that you find yourself in the banking world quickly and safely with a well-founded, structured introduction. You identify potentials and develop sustainable solutions that promote long-term and trusted customer relationships. You work independently, structured and take responsibility for your customer relationships. You also work closely together in the team, benefit from the exchange and develop solutions together.
