On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a plant mechanic SHK in permanent position.

Our client is the technical service area of a large housing company and, with several thousand employees at numerous locations in Germany, ensures that residential buildings are maintained professionally. The range of services includes installations, repairs, maintenance, repairs and modernizations in the inhabited stock. The main focus of the team is on plumbing and heating systems in a large number of apartments, so that tenants can rely on running water and warm rooms every day. Work is carried out on a local basis in well-established teams with clear processes, digital documentation and high service orientation.

Installation, modernisation and repair of sanitary and heating systems in the housing stock Maintenance and repair of SHK systems to ensure high technical availability Detection, limitation and elimination of disturbances on the ground including Cause Analysis and Sustainable Problem Solution Coordination with MRP, customer service and object managers for efficient deployment planning and transparent communication with rental parties Digital documentation of orders, services and material consumption for comprehensible accounting and quality assurance

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, heating builder or in a comparable structure Experience in maintenance, maintenance or customer service, ideally in inhabited residential properties or in technical service Handicraft skills, technical understanding and safe handling of typical SHK tools and measuring equipment Independent, structured working with high quality and safety awareness and reliable documentation Service-oriented appearance, clear communication and team skills in handling rental parties and internal interfaces
