As a trainee in the internal audit, you will learn about the central tasks of the revision over a period of approximately 24 months step by step and will develop yourself as a specialist for testing, analysis and control processes. Our Head of Division Revision, Kerstin Wöpkemeier, as a Sparring Partner, accompanies you in the trainee program and supports you in your professional and personal development. Within the trainee program, you carry out test assignments independently or in the team. You check the general operation of the securities business as well as the general banking control and make sure that our operations work smoothly and in compliance with the rules. In doing so, you analyze problems, develop practical solutions and advise the departments as an internal management consultant. You develop a comprehensive understanding of the relationships within a modern savings bank and actively participate in their further development. As a basis help you: A completed training as a banker /-wife or a comparable qualification Ideally a first climb qualification (e.g. Sparkassenfachwirt, Bachelor-Studium or similar) Interest in analytical, regulatory and banking topics Analytical thinking and acting Structured and careful working Communication and team skills High motivation to take responsibility and develop yourself You haven't met all the points yet?
