Team Leader Grill Master & Service (m/f/d)

Guided tour & organisation: You take over the professional and organizational management of our Grillmeister team (kitchen) and the service staff You carry on, motivate and continuously develop your employees and promote a positive team culture You are responsible for the deployment planning and coordinate the teams at barbecue seminars and events Operational cooperation: You guide and moderate our barbecue seminars and arrange for a professional run of evening events You work actively in the service and are always close to the guest You ensure a smooth run and create an outstanding guest experience together with the team Quality & Service: You ensure our high quality standards in kitchen, service and execution organization You are the central contact person for guests, participants and the team on site You actively contribute to the further development of our seminar and event concepts

Complete training or well-founded professional experience in the kitchen, ideally as a cook or barbecue master Additional experience in the service, e.g. in the gastronomy, in the event area or in the hotel industry First leadership experience in the management of employees, such as team or shift management Advantageous knowledge of existing hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) Embossed hostage and joy in direct contact with guests High organisational skill, enforcement ability and a pronounced hands-on mentality Flexibility and resilience, especially for evening and final services
