Responsible monitoring and implementation of customs, foreign and export control regulations/regulations (national EU and US export control law) Analysis and optimisation of related procedures and processes for all European sites (monitoring of simplified customs procedures and, where appropriate, certification for AEO) Corporate Compliance Implementation and Process Standardization Organization and execution of our import shipments and creation of the required documents Classification of articles in the tariff and collection of binding tariff information (VZTA) Preparation and monitoring of customs, external and preferential checks Interface function to customs authorities and other economic authorities (e.g. IHK, BAFA) and internal units Monitoring and fulfillment of export requirements, reporting and registration obligations Support in the development and implementation of export control and customs-relevant IT solutions

Business studies (focus on external economics) or a successfully completed commercial vocational training Multiannual professional experience in external trade with well-founded knowledge in the field of customs and export control ideally in an internationally operating company Very good user knowledge of SAP ERP; Custom software ATLAS and MS Office Tools Project experience in process optimization would be advantageous Very good English skills in word and writing Independent, structured and careful functioning and a high level of integrity Representative sense of responsibility, commitment and team skills
