Creation of offers (for machines/systems, spare parts lists, machine upgrades/conversions/refurbishments, service contracts) Order registration Data management in the CRM and ERP system Project facility Invoicing for service/machine orders Creation of price / spare parts lists Creating information material for customers Interface function for accounting, project management and purchasing Implementation of administrative tasks

You have a completed training in the commercial sector, preferably to the industrial businessman (m/w/d) First to multi-year professional experience (min. 2 years) in a comparable position in the commercial environment Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications You are convinced by your communication and organizational talent with a quick understanding and understand to create a successful balance between the requirements of the organization and the expectations of the stakeholders (internal / external) Success is a team thing consisting of cooperation and partnership You will complete your independent, committed and targeted work with a careful and conscientious working style German and English knowledge in word and writing (at least B2 level) Hands-on mentality
