Care and development of computer systems. Management and monitoring of the production network and ensuring network stability and security. Installation, configuration and maintenance of PC hardware and software in the production environment. Support of production staff in IT-related problems. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions. Working with IT projects to improve production processes and implement new technologies. Implementation of training and instruction for users including the preparation of training documents. Consulting and support in the configuration and commissioning of IT systems. Successfully completed technical, electrotechnical or production technical training. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, server administration, databases and industrial end devices. Experience in IT support. Knowledge of energy and control technology (SPS S7, TIA) is advantageous. Knowledge in dealing with MS-Office and ideally with SAP. Structured, targeted and independent operation. Teamability, high level of flexibility and reliability. Time flexibility due to seasonality and willingness to work on occasional shift/weekend work.
