You build up the department of ergotherapy at the new site and develop it further. You treat patients: in all ages – from paediatrics, neurology, orthopaedics/hand therapy, geriatrics to psychosomatics and occupational rehabilitation. You develop and design modern ergonomic treatment concepts. You bring your ideas into therapy, everyday and prevention concepts. You work closely with physiotherapy and logopedia. You take technical responsibility (team management) and develop your team in perspective. Location building from scratch – you actively shape processes, equipment and therapeutic focuses. Professional leadership with perspective – you develop your own team in perspective and take responsibility. Interdisciplinary work – close cooperation with physiotherapy and logopedia.
