Location: Munich Start date: now As an experienced civil engineerin with leadership, you set the foundation for the new area of traffic planning and develop a team that makes mobility possible tomorrow.

You take the technically demanding planning of transport systems (road and/or rail) in the performance phases 1-7 according to HOAI and accompany projects from the first idea to the realization. With your well-founded expertise, you will guide complex projects in the field of railway infrastructure, road construction or municipal development and develop high-quality economic and technical solutions. Create design and execution planning, feasibility studies and cost calculations, and bring your expertise into all phases of the project. In close cooperation with internal specialist areas such as structural engineering, dewatering or superstructure, you ensure smooth processes and high-quality planning. As a specialist representative for transport systems, you are in close contact with clients, authorities, experts and exporting companies. You ensure compliance with relevant technical regulations, legal requirements and project-related quality, appointment and cost targets. You take over the management and responsibility of projects. You play a key role in building the new department and take over its team leadership.

Complete study of the field of civil engineering with a focus on transport, civil engineering or infrastructure At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning of transport systems (road and/or rail) ideally with project management or leadership responsibility Very good knowledge of HOAI (LPH 1-7) and the relevant technical regulations Experience in the development of planning projects with appropriate software Ideally experience in BIM-based planning Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) High self-initiative, structured working and strong quality awareness Communication-strong, motivating and team-oriented personality with the need to take responsibility and in future a leading role
