You shape the growth of our company and bear the responsibility for sales in your two regions You enter the existing customer base and continuously expand it You analyze customer needs and create individual offers You conduct contract negotiations at management level You always have a look at your key figures through regular controlling You intensively advise managers in your regions on economic practices You guide and motivate the employees of your sales teams for effective teamwork and a healthy development

You have successfully completed your business studies or comparable training Your economic approach is based on your sound business knowledge You have multi-year and extensive experience in sales You are a strong sales personality and have already achieved demonstrable success in this role You have strong leadership skills Ideally, you already know yourself in the healthcare sector You are a dedicated and entrepreneurial thinking personality Your analytical mindset strengthens your independent, structured and reliable functioning You are groundbreaking in the development of BG-prevent system services and live healthy leadership through trust, development and appreciation
