Commercial Division Manager (m/f/d)

As a manager, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic orientation of the Roh- und Ingenieurbau 2 area together with the technical field management. In cooperation with your management, you will set the course for a successful future. In the role as a commercial area management, you can take over the following main tasks: Operational and strategic direction of the area Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as employee support (annual employee talks, agreement of work objectives and support measures) of your area Creating internal monthly and annual accounts and monthly reporting to the Executive Board Creating and monitoring annual planning and rolling sub-year preview Controlling current business activities Participation in the acquisition of orders, contract design, changes and extensions of contracts Ensuring long-term entrepreneurial success

Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Professional experience with leadership in the construction industry Overarching understanding of business relationships from a legal and technical perspective leadership personality with the ability to inspire and tie people Personally, you are convinced by negotiation skills, a high degree of self-initiative, a structured way of working, organisational and enforcement skills, and communication skills. Good knowledge in dealing with the current MS Office programs and other commercial applications
