performing technical work in the data center such as hardware installations and cabling Documentation of all technical activities and system changes Support of incident and change processes according to ITIL standards Installation, dismantling and dismantling of 19'' racks as well as assembly of traction systems Implementation of asset management tasks with inventory software Conducting Smart Hands Activities for Internal and External Customers Support in error analysis on server, network and power supply components

Complete technical vocational training, e.g. specialist:in system integration or electrical installer:in Knowledge of work with data center hardware, especially rack mounting and cabling Experience with IT service processes according to ITIL v3/v4 desirable Basic knowledge of network technology, power supply systems and USV systems Confidence with common documentation systems such as Jira or Confluence First practice in asset management or handling inventory tools German knowledge required at least B2 level
