Specialist Quality Management (m/f/d)

There is a varied and dynamic environment where you can move a lot. In this central role, you take over the operational processing and analysis of quality-relevant processes around our water dispensers and service operations. With your structured approach, you will ensure transparency, sustainability and continuous improvement.

You check, evaluate and prioritize product problem reports from the service environment and analyze existing and newly occurring quality deviations

You take over the structured recording, documentation and control of water damage in cooperation with internal and external interfaces

Causes of errors are systematically analysing and deriving effective measures to remedy and prevent damage

You collect and evaluate germination cases and take appropriate measures together with quality management

In regular exchange with the parent company, you bundle quality topics, encourage transparency and support a consistent understanding of quality

You prepare quality and cost statistics and anticipate the recalculation of quality-related costs

Through the structured documentation and disclosure of relevant information, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and service quality

You have successfully completed a technical or commercial training or a corresponding study

Professional experience in the technical environment - ideally in service, quality or complaint management - brings you with

You are pleased with the analysis of technical faults and damages and are structured and solution-oriented

Dealing with MS Office, especially Excel, is part of everyday work for you
