Then we are looking for you as project manager (m/w/d) Building with the focus on schools and the revitalization / renovation of existing buildings! actively shape the future of building and take responsibility for complex construction projects from the first ground stitch to the key handover. Your tasks in detail: You lead your team to success: Motivate and coordinate your team over the entire construction process and achieve outstanding results together. Interface work: They understand themselves as an interface to builders, authorities, contractors and specialist engineers and ensure a smooth running of the construction design. Management of the projects, on time and in accordance with the budget: You keep an overview of all aspects of the project and make informed decisions to comply with the schedule and budget. Optimization / Savings to be made. Technical allocation of subcontractors: They select competent partners and effectively control their services to achieve optimal results. Structure of relationships: They build strong relationships with all project participants and represent GOLDBECK as reliable and trustworthy partners and thus ensure a high customer satisfaction.

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a specialized or comparable qualification Found experience in building or project management in turnkey construction (ideally also in revitalization) Knowledge in the fields of VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction Open and targeted communication skills combined with enforcement capability and high commitment Self-employed and structured working together with entrepreneurial thinking and team skills We are looking forward to applicants who bring curiosity, enthusiasm and first practical experience or application knowledge, in particular in the areas of lean management, tactical planning and BIM 360 (including documentation and reporting).
